wiring problems (1 Viewer)

I am installing a new wiring harness and down to the windshied wipers. Do not know what color controlls what on the wiper motor as it was not hook up on truck and no wire were going to it origanlly. Does anyone know what is ground, hot and what color is what speeds??? Please help
