Wire gauges from Alternator 1968 FJ40

Hi All,
New to the forum here, quite a lot of knowledge I've already perused through!

I've done some searching and cannot find the answer yet....

I've discovered my charging issue is because a previous owner re-wired the wires coming from the alternator. The alternator is putting out volts like crazy, but the volts are not carrying through the wiring, meaning there is likely a break in the aftermarket wires. I'd like to order proper color coded and size wire from amazon, however I don't know the gauges for the wires. Specifically the white with blue stripe, the white with green and the white with black.

I'm planning on re-wiring all of it to get her back up and charging again. Any info would help!

Check with Mark - aka @Coolerman . He should have the wire in proper colors , new connectors/parts where needed and more knowledge about these electrical systems than anyone...

Yes, I stock all the wire colors/stripes in all the factory gauges for the pre 74 FJ40's

The white and white/blue are 10 ga wires or if you prefer I also have it in 8 ga.
