Wipers only work intermittent not slow or fast

the front windshield wipers on my 1986 HJ-60 only work in the intermittent possition not slow or fast. is it a seperate relay and if so where is it?

looks like one relay in one setup, and 3 in another.

You definately need to look at the fsm.....

darn hard to explain. If you had the fsm it might help you troubleshoot the switch.

If you can't get the picture, I could try snapping a digital pic of it and posting. LOL for what thats worth.
