I have the wiper switch for my pig project but there is no corresponding female pigtail coming out of the wiper, only the male connection is left. I have no idea which colored wire from the switch goes to which pin on the wiper motor and would appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks. I see the wiring diagram but can’t see how to identify which wire goes to which post as they aren’t numbered on the actual motor.
Do you have the mating connector for the wiper motor?

It’s been a while since I’ve done my 55 wiper but it should be easy to identify the circuit if you have a volt ohm meter.

If not pop the cover off the back and take a look and the routing.

@Coolerman has a good step by step for the 40 here.

Great advice. I popped the cover this morning and the wire colors matched. Thanks

You can test each port and see what they do. I used a power probe which made it easy. but a battery and a couple of wires will accomplish the job.
