Wiper motor magnets

So I took my wiper motor apart today to get it cleaned up and working again. The magneto was frozen with rust and dirt and the magnets came out in little pieces. Anybody know where I can pick up some new ones? I did a search on here, but had no luck.

I think the simplest and easiest thing is to find a replacement motor.

Not sure what that means?
It's off my '70. It's been out in the elements for 30+ years.
