Those are the correct part numbers in the Toyota systems that I checked, but fwiw I get different numbers for Lexus:

Lexus 85221-60220 Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly, Left​

Lexus 85211-60200 Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly, Right​
