Windshield Wiper (1 Viewer)

I have a 78 FJ40, the passenger side windshield wiper is stripped out, where the wiper arm attaches to the stud. Where would be the proper place to start the repair? It seems as though the motor is spinning very slowly, when I turn on the wipers.

I just had my 74s rebuilt at Classic Cruisers in Salida.
Mine did not work at all.

They got them running and regreased.
They also changed one of the spindles that were bent.
