Windshield Wiper Hardware (1 Viewer)

When I acquired my 1978 FJ40 the driver windshield wiper didn't move. Upon inspection the screw was striped:

So I replaced the whole interior scissor mechanism which included the threaded rod to secure. But in order to avoid another striped thread, i need to get the correct hardware.... any one know where I can get that ? see diagram below:
