windshield weather key in or out?? (1 Viewer)

I am installing a windshield in a '73 fj40. does the Key side of the weather strip go on the inside or outside of the frame??

If you are talking about the key that goes around the entire weatherstrip in the middle it goes on the outside

Post a pic of what you got and we can tell you for sure.
