I'm looking for an auto glass shop to cut and install a 77 FJ40 windshield.

No suggestion on specific shop, but was an interesting job to watch and help with on my first 40.

Cut a cardboard template, cut a piece of glass, belt sand the corners round and install.

Modern glass shop that just installs factory made glass may not do this. But an old school glass shop sure can.

Thanks, I have a template. I need to find an old-school glass shop. I have ordered two windshields from a vendor here; the glass was damaged both times. Fortunately, I had insurance on the orders, and my money was refunded.
