Windows Out for Paint Part numbers Help

I'm looking to finally get my 80 painted. I want to do it right and might as well start sourcing parts for paint. I've
seen various threads on window felts etc.

Has anyone recently had a windows out paint resto that has a list of items they used? I'm sure besides the standard gaskets and window felts. There's always that one overlooked item.

How corroded are your wiper posts, top rear hatch handle, or any of the fasteners used to attach things like headlight/taillight assemblies? What is the condition of your badges? Bumper corner pieces, mudflaps and fasteners? All of that is currently available new. I just ran into my rear quarter window frames being terribly corroded and I was able to get new ones.

Overall pretty good. I live in Kalifornia, but close to the beach. Unfortunately if I ever wanted to go back to stock, exterior it would be a challenge. Most stock components have been swapped out.

Off the top of my head I can think of window gaskets, fender gaskets, window felts, door gaskets. I made a list for my headgasket refresh which took almost 6months, and I still missed a bunch of items.

If anyone has a windows out/proper list to share I would greatly appreciate it. I've heard good things from our member Kelly. Hoping to go that route!

I was also able to get new fender flares, hardware and seals. If you don’t need the flares, you can at least get the seals that go between the flares and body.

To your main question, I have not seen a specific part number list for a windows out paint job. Maybe you’ll make one after this?

I know you mentioned things other than windows but that’s a lot of things. Maybe it helps or doesn’t but I have a list of all the windows felts, door gaskets, etc etc. all of the rubber and plastic that I bought for every window and door in my thread somewhere. Let me find it and link it.
