IIRC the winch mounts "feet forward" on the front vertical plate(sort of around the oval hole that faces toward the front). Since you have the bar, all you need is the winch and fairlead.

If I could manage it out in the bush, you can do it easy. No problem.

Up,
First thing to do is head over to Rogue's and snag his wenchiewinch off his truck. :urinate: on it (hmm, maybe that idiocon is gone :D) then stick it in there to see. :D

Anything that doesn't fit should just be whacked with a BMFMFFFFH ;) :D

.... not much help I 'spose. :D

Up,

Mounting a winch is uber-easy! I'd recommend tack welding a mounting bolt on the ARB to the bar or frame, and tacking one of the front mounting bolts for the winch to the ARB. That way, no one can unbolt the entire winch or bar and make off with it in the night...unless they have a grinder or chisel and want to make a heck of a lot of noise.

Which winch are you getting? Saw the pics of your rig! Looks NICE! :D
