I need help ID-ing my winch so that I can then Begin to restore because it’s not in working condition - probably electrical or gunk - idk

Warn 8274, or possibly a precursor of it as it doesn't have a free-wheel clutch... not sure if that makes it an early 8274, or a previous model.

Sorry, I don't have any knowledge to pin it down more precisely. Maybe email warn with a few pics. Or browse the 8274 threads in the winching and recovery subforum here on mud looking for others who have one with the automatic brake, but no free wheel to get an idea of vintage / appropriate serial number?
