Any good people or recommended shops in Wilmington, NC that can help me if/when major repairs pop up on my '97 FJZ?

Not sure about Wilmington, but Canuck's Cruisers in Fayetteville is pretty close.
 
Top Notch Automotive in Leland is run by a 10yr toyota master tech. Brian has knocked out a couple of things for me over the years, including ome lift and timing belt on my tacoma.
