Was about to comment on that being the tallest parking garage I’ve seen.

Is an older IPOR (Iron Pig Off Road) bumper. I have the same one.

Why have a roof rack around/under a RTT? Why not just put the RTT on cross bars? Not being snarky, just not understanding the advantage which overcomes the weight penalty.
