Who's LC was in Salinas Saturday at Nob Hill (1 Viewer)

I am wondering whos LC was at Nob Hill loaded heading somewhere loaded up Sat. morning. From what I could tell, 6" lift, 37" BFG AT's, winches front and rear with synthetic rope, ARB, IPF lights, rear swing bumper with tire, jack and black water cans, and replacement fuel tank. the rig was done right.

As far as I know with my little knowledge, it was not local.

It looked like it had exhaust for turbo, but I thought it would not be polite to pop the hood to confirm.
