Extreme Bends, is another option...
I've called and emailed Extreme Bends more times than I can remember, and even spoke to a real person on one occasion. He assured me EB would process my order for body parts, but it never happened. I placed my order in October, 2018 and still have not had a response. If EB's practices have improved, it may be worth taking a chance. But my experience suggests otherwise.

CCOT comes highly reccomended.
Another option is T7 Tubs in france. They currently have a 12 month wait for delivery but the tub I saw was fantastic.
