who rebuilt a wrecked 1995 FZJ80 in WA 02/03

Looking a a cruiser in portland oregon. the lady said that it was rebuilt by some cruiser fanatic. she said the cruiser was wrecked in WA then rebuilt around 2002/2003. the cruiser is a 1995 JZJ80 white and now titled in OR. if youare the one who rebuilt this cruiser please let me know. i want to know what all was done and how extensive the damage was. thanks.
