ECBs dont have the detachable ends and the bars look different.

Im pretty sure its an alloy T17. I believe they only make the steel version now.

I don't know, the fairlead hole seems too high on the bumper. Is that a JDM cruiser?

FWIW I worked on a Cherokee years ago that had the same bumper, wings on it and looked identical. I think it was a TJM (had a sticker on it). The owner had hit a moderate size rock while crawling (low speed) and bent the wing and corner of the bumper up into the body causing a small crease. We swapped out the aluminum TJM for a steel ARB and he was very pleased. Repeat customer who came back fairly often and never did bend the ARB as long as he came back. Good for saving weight on an expedition type rig but I wouldn't reccomend it if you plan on any rock crawling. My.02

It doesn't look like the ECB that came with my HDJ81, and it doesn't look like the newer style that ECB has on their website. It doesn't look like the newer TJMs in their online catalogue either.

I think it is a factory piece, they do have all of the cutouts for the factory winch:

I don't think it's a factory piece, but probably was made by one of the shops in Japan. That's just my guess though.

Doing a few google searches it looks like it is a Rallyspeed/Aussie Bull Bar and the un-branded bar was a listed manufacturers accessory for Toyota?
