Who can recommend a good cam gear puller?

Can anybody recommend a good gear puller to get this god damn cam gear off? I've tried 4 different pullers and this thing won't budge. I have a 2-piece cam gear so I've been sticking the puller arms through the holes in the gear and haven't tried grabbing the outside edge of the gear. I've read that they shouldn't be this tough to take off.

I watched my machine shop put mine in a press. the cam was inserted in a 1"to 2" long round pipe with the cam gear resting on the end of the pipe, he then put a small rod on the cam and pressed the cam out of the gear, holding onto the cam to keep it from hitting the floor. BAM, it came right out of the gear.
