Has anyone ever had a problem with your transfer case whining after re-gearing your axles? I'm thinking the larger gears in my axles are over working the stock gears in my trans case and making them whine.

Highly doubt that's the cause, no luck on your ujoint issue? You checked the fluids and it never was low yah? Isolate the noise to be sure where your working. That stuff can travel around. thats my 2 cents

The whining is almost definitely coming from the trans case. Had it up in the racks at Les Schwab and pin pointed the sound. Still gonna get it up on jack stands and then drop both drive shafts one at a time to make 100% sure.
