Hello again more questions. My 2000 LC makes a whining noise like a power steering pump would when the heat/ cool system is on. It will go away when I turn off the A/C usually but sometimes it will continue to whine when it’s off too. Weird. My A/C doesn’t work and I haven’t taken the time yet to figure out why because it’s cold still and I just bought the truck. Any ideas? It’s like when the blower for the heat kicks on the whining starts
