Looks familiar, but I can't seem to figure out what it is and if it even came off the 60.

Looks like a hose clamp. There is a cross pin that goes across the two holes that holds the hose clamp onto the hose. Might poke around to see if any hoses are missing one. It would suck to have a hose pop off at an bad time.

yup its a hose clamp but the center pin is missing but more importantly the "wire" that attaches to the part you have there is missing rendering it useless.

Ah ha! I know what it is now...you guys are right. I'm not going to need it anymore as I'm replacing all the clamps with the modern kind.
