hey all,

wondering if anyone has a part number or recommendation for me for glow plugs... been starting up really rough in the mornings like a few others in the forum, and today was the worst it's been, so i'm thinking it's time to go for some new plugs....

i have a manual override on my timer, so i'm wondering what all your thoughts are on what plugs to go for? i think i probably held them on too long at some point in the winter cause since then the cold starts have been pretty bad, so looking for high voltage plugs probably so they wont burn out?

what are the differences between the rapid glow and others? if my truck has a history of rough morning starts what do you all recommend?

Cheers guys

There's a listing of plugs in the FAQ in the diesel/24V section. Go for the colder ones...if you think you cooked these ones by leaving them on longer.

History of rough starts? Check plugs, replace. If that does nothing, then do a valveset, compression test...go from there.
