Hey apologies for the JV level question but my 96 has security lug nuts for every lug nut. I wanted to swap them out to standard-issue so I bought some M12-1.50 Thread 13/16 with the washer which are supposed to fit a '96 rim. When I installed them the washer doesn't seem to seat on the rim. Any idea on which is the correct lug nut? Is it just the acorn style?

Are all of your rims the same? In theory, anything 95+ should have the washer style lug nuts, but that wheel obviously takes an acorn style. You aren't alone, either:

That wheel looks like a 93-94 wheel, not a 96.
