I see a few different Bilstein models out there. Which model is best on my daily driver? How much travel should I order up for the piston? What else do I need to order to make the install go smooth ...and ...where is a good place to order from? Thanks

For a daily driver travel will not be much of an issue. Find out which of the models has a softer valving. I've only ever run them on my tow vehicle (2500 Suburban) and even with soft valving got a very firm (but comfortable) ride.

You'll need to know how much lift you have if any when ordering. You will also need new cotter pins for the castle nuts, eight nuts and you're done.

I've got the original yellow/blue boot model on my GMC, 5100 series I believe. Their stock application shocks will work great for you, very nice ride.
