Which 1HZ head gasket (1 Viewer)

I think my 1HZ has a weeping head gasket at the very rear of the cylinder head...question is, what head gasket do I get? trying to look up the PN on Toyodiy or Partsouq and it looks like there are Mark 1, 5, 3, etc. How do I tell what i need?
