interesting. thank you. That explains why it does not seem to have a place. must be with the alarm? tied into the column wires.
Looks like it is a multipurpose relay that could have been used for a host of things. I wish I could help more other than positive ID that it’s aftermarket.
Sweet rig! Any part you find during re-assembly that has "made in China" on it is not stock.

There are a number of ambiguous small pieces like this intermixed with the electrical parts. This one didn’t strike me as all that different. It will get deleted.

The black/white wire goes to the starter from the ignition switch. Maybe some kind of demobilizer?

Here is the real thing 
Searching for a home for these too. there is a three slot free on the drivers side fire wall. The other one (identical to this) mounted just above the brake pedal near brake switch. Also looking for a home for my horn relay. Wire to wire connections are more or less intuitive but these relays not so much
