Need some help on where to buy OEM parts online. I'm a bit annoyed at the moment. I placed an order at this place a week ago:

Everything showed to be in stock. It is still "processing" a week later. Received an email today that one of the parts that was supposed to be in stock is not currently available (an accessory belt).

What is a good reliable place to buy OEM parts online?

Thanks.

I use Ourisman Toyota dealer here on the east coast for some items but mostly I just use my local dealer who are great. Since you are in the Bay Area, I’d start with your local Toyota dealership and go from there. I know folks have mixed experience with dealers so YMMV.

Or reach out to @orangefj45 (Valley Hybrids In Stockton) They are awesome to work with and will point you in the right direction. If you don't mind me asking where in the Bay Area are you? Im over here in the peninsula.
Thanks for the referral.

Always happy to help!

I have found the trick for OEM parts is to order them online and have them sent to your nearest Toyota dealer (10 minutes away in my case). It's free to ship them to the dealer, the online prices are dramatically lower than the in-person counter prices. On top of that, Toyota Corporate usually runs a promo every few weeks. Right now they're doing 25% off all parts.

The shipping to the dealer is also very fast. My orders are typically ready for pickup in 1-3 days.

Recently I've been doing something like lead head. If you go to the Online Parts Center for Toyota you can select your local dealer. I've found that in my area (SF Bay Area), if the parts are ordered online for pickup at your local dealer, they may be considerably cheaper than if you order from the dealers parts counter. I recently go some bolts online for $1.90 and the parts guy quoted me $3.50-ish per bolt. I needed 22, so the difference added up. What I've purchased in the last month (oil pan, oil pan gasket, drain plug, bolts) they were not in stock, but the were ready for pick up in a few days. No shipping charges either...Good Luck.

FYI,

Serra Toyota is having 20% off and free shipping Oct 5th till October 20th. I've ordered thru them with good success

I’ve used Serra as well, very good pricing when they run the discount. But they can be very slow to ship all parts, so best for planned non-urgent purchases.

Good info above on shipping to dealers (I ship to Berkeley Toyota sometimes) and buying from Georg at Valley Hybrids. There’s also Cruiser Outfitters for both OEM and aftermarket stuff. You can order online but you can also call directly and get excellent customer support:

There are tons of OEM parts for Land Cruisers available from dealerships and if you shop the sales, prices are fantastic.

I've had great luck with Serra, and Fred Anderson in NC. Fred Anderson sent 5x rims and rear brake drums with free shipping when Serra would not ship them free.

There is also a sale going on now with NE Toyota dealerships 25% off and I believe they also offer free shipping. This dealership has prices similar to Serra:

You need to know part numbers for what you want, but that is fairly easy to find using this site:

And, as mentioned Georg @orangefj45 and Valley Hybrids/Terrain Tamer are great for parts, and they are an invaluable resource to get you what you need.

Same goes for @cruiseroutfit and and team at cruiserteq.com

Stay away from where you originally ordered from and Toyotapartsdeal. They are a waste of time.

Thanks for mentioning us.

Yes, we can help with new OEM Toyota parts ( bitch it’s different numbers in stock ) along with aftermarket parts like Terrain Tamer and many others as well as good used paets.
And since we worked on Cruisers all day every day, top-notch tech-support goes hand-in-hand with everything we sell.
