Where do the jack rod holders (1 Viewer)

go? I cant find any frickin' hole and I have looked all over the rear wheel wells. I have been out there all darn day replacing bolts and trying to get a dog gone skid plate to bend back to a decent shape.
HELP!

1978? right (passenger side) maybe someone welded your holes up?

It is behind the jump seat passenger side on the rear well

maybe bondo'd over ...look inside the wheelwell from under the truck

or

somebody may have replaced the panel with new that didnt have the weldnuts on it
