Where is the best place to get motor mounts? Any idea on the prices? Thanks!

THe dealer! To the best of my knowledge I don't think you can even get them aftermarket. IIRC they were less than $100 a piece.

If you do a search on motor mounts for your fj60 you will find a good writeup on how to repair them if yours is not to far gone. The writeup was really good and you end up saving money.

there are aftermarket ones out there but avoid them. these mounts aren't the easiest thing to change and the aftermarket ones will be off enough to further add to the unpleasantness.
