It is from a Prado.

Apparently, in a prado.

(FWIW, I realize I'm a smartass... it's just part of my charm.)

Try PM'ing MOT ...... if he cant get it, he may know of someone who can. Let us know what you find.

Get an attitude indicator from an aircraft.

PM has been sent.

As I've said in the PM to Riad, I have one which looks exactly like it. :D

But not sure if it requires anything in addition in order to make it work, such as the unit for the 80 (needs magnetic field(?) sensor).

I've just snapped a few pics.
You can tell that the display in the middle might require information coming outside of the unit itself, such as ECU, speedo, etc... maybe. I'm just not familiar with it.

To be continued...

Now if it were for the 80, I know that all you'll need would be the meter unit and the magnetic field sensor   :

As I said I'll try to find the info on the web. :)

Mot ;)

[EDIT]

Here's a pic of the sensor.

i like the second one. mitsubishi monteros had a mechanical pitch/roll device, i got one from a wreckin yard but havent installed it yet. looks alot like aviation type.

There is a more basic, read easier to adapt, clinometer. They were used in some 4runners, truck's and Tercel 4WD station wagons from 84 - 89.
CHeck here or just google clinometer.
