Not a SoCal resident, but from the map on their site it looks like you might have a Discount Tire there... I just did a call around search to about 7 different places on a set of steel wheels and 33x12.5s, Discount beat everyone else, on every option I through at them (different wheel and tire choices, just tires, etc).
Ended up picking up 5 steel wheels on craigslist for $120 and just bought the tires from them, for what that's worth.
Take the torque specs with you though! They didn't have them on hand at the location here so they guestimated and I just replaced warped brake rotors last night. Can't confirm it was the over torque that caused it but would rather you be safe than sorry...
