Friday, May 1st
6:00 pm – Buses with Fort Hood Soldiers arrive at Hidden Farms Adventure Park
6:30 pm - Dinner - Fish/Chicken Fry (Fish, Chicken, Fries, Fruit, Drinks) (500 meals)
8:30 pm – Soldiers head to Hotels (Only Friday Night)
Saturday, May 2nd
6:00 am – Soldiers Leave San Antonio - 200 soldiers/families from BAMC/Fisher House
8:00 am - Arrival of soldiers and families at Hidden Farms Adventure Park
8:10 am - Serve Breakfast (2 breakfast tacos, fruit, drink) (1000 meals) - Chuck Wagons
9:00 am - Welcoming at Pavilion
9:15 am - Honor Guard/Flag Presentation/National Anthem/Prayer
10:00 am - Events officially begins
10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Off roading, Rock Wall, Moon Walk, Face Painting, Petting Zoo, Fishing, Etc.)
12:00 noon - 2:00 pm - Lunch (Beef Stew/Fruit/Drink) - Chuck Wagons (1000 meals)
6:00 pm - Dinner (BBQ Brisket, Beans, Rice, Cobbler, Drinks) - Chuck Wagons (1000 meals)
7:30 pm - Presentation at stage and main entertainer presentation
8:00 pm - 9:30 pm - Music Entertainment
9:45 pm - Charter Bus BAMC/Fisher House soldiers and families back home.
9:45 pm - 11:00 pm – Camp fire at camping area “A”
Sunday, May 3rd

9:00 am - Church service under pavilion

DRIVER’S INFORMATION
WFTW Event – May 2 & 3, 2009
Location: Hidden Falls Adventure Park (Formally-Boulder Creek)
Line Up Time & Driver’s Meeting: 8:00 AM
Trails begin – 10:00 AM
Park Fees:
Driver/Rig -- $40/Weekend
Passenger (ages 6 & up) -- $20/Weekend
Children under 6 years of age – FREE
Primitive Camping (Tent/Rv/Etc) -- $10/Night
RV Hookup (Elect/Water/Sewer) -- $45/Night
WFTW will be at campsite “A” (Map will be provided)
Campsite “A” has restrooms/showers
** All invited Wounded Soldiers/Families – Free
WFTW will provide all Meals to all attendees
Friday – Dinner (Fish Fry) for those arriving in
Saturday – Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Sunday – Breakfast/Lunch
** All drivers attending are ask to donate their rig to this event to carry soldiers and their families for a day of off-roading. Your family members are asked to help with one of the following committees: Activities/Hospitality/Meals, please contact me to get assigned to one (midnight_crawler@sbcglobal.net) – Your family will participate in all the activities, meals and entertainment as well.
Trail Descriptions:
Red – Extreme – CB Channel 6
Blue – Moderate – CB Channel 8
White – Mild – CB Channel 10
Rigs will begin to line up as early as 7:30 am on Saturday and a drivers meeting will begin @ 8:00 am sharp (please have rigs ready, fuel, fluids, etc.) Rigs will be lined up by # of open seat, three lanes.
1st lane – 3 open seats
2nd lane – 2 open seats
3rd lane – 1 open seat
Buggies or rigs with no open seats will be used for running errands and supplies to trails and pavilion or as required by trails committee.
Sunday we will have about ½ the soldiers in attendance, therefore this day can be used for you to take your family around the park and wheel whatever trails you want. Please remember that this event is for the soldiers and their families so lets make sure they get first priority on Sunday. Everyone is asked to use Channel 4 on Sunday.
