You would be fine with just the tires but with spacers you may need to trim a little and remove the mud flap.
 
If anything, it'll barely rub the front of the fender liner where the front mudflap thing is.. easy to take off and you'll be good
 
my 285/70/18 Nittos rub the KDSS and mud flaps - but only at extreme lock and barely... This is with stock 18" rims.

Someday I may do the KDSS relo thing but so far has barely touched the paint.
 
Sorry to bump an older thread. This is something I'm considering on my 2019 on heritage rims (not sure if offset is different than stock) @BlackMammoth did you notice any changes in handling and turning radius?

I'm running 275/65/R18 slightly taller and skinnier than stock. Am concern about rubbing and handling changes due to increased offset
