Are the 40th anniversary and lexus rims the same? Or are any of the toyota rims the same as the lexus rims.

Yes, they are the same. However the Lexus wheels have a grove in the center of each spoke so to say.

Actually I will rephrase. Does any other vehicle have the same wheel as the lexus? ie. with the groove.

AFAIK...NO

LX 450 only.
The 40th and the collector use a wheel identical to the 80 with the exception of the shade of paint in the windows.
