fellow fj enthusiats.i have a question regarding 93 and up 16" stock alloys. will they fit on my 91 fj80. i guess the main question is, is the lug pattern and offset the same?

Yes, they will fit...everything is the same. It just doesn't work in the reverse order (93+ on a 91/92)
