came across these in my pile if anyone could put them to use...

have screw on plastic covers to either disguise the locks an/or keep crap out of the threads

thread and tapered seat work for std 40/60 trucks but I only have total qty of 20 for some reason: 16 non-locking nuts plus 4 lock nuts, with twenty plastic covers (one of the covers is black vs grey). Blue socket key has no identifying markings but fits the locking lugs... just dont lose it
