wheel arch protectors... Are they available?

My front wheel arches look like they should have some form of splash guard fitted, but they do not.

So, should there be any there, and if so are they still available..?

there are a few out there, SOR makes them too.
Also the Nissan pathfinder flares can be modded to fit and found cheap in a junkyard. you may be able to find some used cruiser fender flares from a toyota wrecker somewhere in OZ.
