What’s this gauge cluster wire? (1 Viewer)

Doing some resto work on my cluster, and I can’t figure out what this white wire is for. I can’t find it in any of my wiring diagrams, and my rig came with the harness already removed and gone, so I can’t trace it.

It’s in the 4 terminal connector with the turn signals and the black ground wire.

I read through that one when I was searching. The cluster shown there has two wires, but the one he says is connected to the PCB goes to the 4 terminal connector on mine.

I can make the bulbs light up with the black and GY / GB wires, so it's not the end of the world if it doesn't connect to anything, but I'd like to know so I can wire it into the new harness if it's needed.

I should mention that my rig is fully desmogged, and I do not have the VSS (have a single piece cable from the speedo to the t-case instead).
