RARE...Sea turtle shell, Dad carried it back from Vietnam, 38 years ago. Once had a very large lobster/crawfish mounted on-top of shell. Lobster turned to dust over time. The shell looked like hell, dried and flaking. I put some polyurethane on it and now looks great.

More show and tell yay!!!!! :D

Those gas pumps are actually quite cool, the turtle from Vietnam is way cool.

I have some strange stuff, these are just a few.

Our tree that died about a month ago, it just is wierd sitting behind my couch, and the leaves are still waiting for me to clean up. Next is my wife's idea of a mantel piece, I call it the teleportal to the wicked witch of the west. And last is an actual brick made by the hands of the ancient Bablylonians that I picked up while visiting the ancient city of Babylon while in Iraq, it prob dates back at least 4000 years. Thought about ebaying it.

    Who's got sumthin wierder?

    Ratpuke,

That thing is nasty. How do you sleep with that in the house?

Grab your ankles dude...welcome to my house. :D

First thing...this is in my office. 500lb training dummy bomb painted forrest green. It used to be decorated like a Christmas tree. Made it to celebrate the start of the Iraq war...and, being a "professional artist" I used this and all of the materials it took to make the Xmas Tree Bomb as a tax deduction. :flipoff2:

These two items were a natural fit to decorate the bathroom with. Friend of mine helped me sneak the "Neat Seat" out of my old job in a FedEx box.

And my top award goes to this thing...the troll doll I found at a Stuckies in West Texas. Well, I say it's a troll doll because of the face and body, but it has Betty White's hair and clothes. Best three dollars I've ever spent.

I wasn't able to post a pic of the whole Wild Thing parade - it needs to be dusted. I'm missing two of the characters so the troll doll and a wind-up metal Bender (yes, from Futrama) complete the set...and too much dust to show off my very excellent full dress teal sombrerro. It's awesome.

Also didn't want to post the better half's "Day of the Dead" shrine - she'd get all mad and say "That's not weird!" - and I didn't feel like digging out the Homer Chia Head...there's more, I'm sure...but this is kind of the cream of the crop. :D

Oh, and I've got an "Unkown" headstone. Bought it at a yard sale from a neighbor - he's a sculptor and bought it as scrap. It's out in the yard now though, gave the better half the willies.

Swank -- you could charge an admission price and have tours come thru your place. I, for one, would drop a quarter in the donation jar.

hmmmm....let me look for something weird...
most of my weird stuff has been relegated to boxes in the garage...

According to his sisters, my son is the weirdest thing in the house.

I was given this by a local artist that made like 50 of them to commemorate 9/11.
    Ummmm, gee thanks.......

60's Westinghouse Dial-a-Vend that I picked up for free. The paint is still the original. Still in use in our game room.

China Airline A320 business class(first class) seats in a two class seating (short hop). From a decommissioned aircraft in the early 90's as the seatbelt were still older blue color while the seat covers were the newer maroon color. Sold along with my other AA first class leather seats on eBay for a handsome profit.
