I'm running 32x10.50x15s on 8 in rims. I don't belive there is any lift (not by me for sure) possibly longer rear shackles. Trimmed rear fenders. Only rubs steering rod when fully turned, other than that no probs. I will be adding spacers soon to remedy this.

That brings up a good point. My 33 x 12.50's were just barely missing the tie rod ends when fully turned. But, and here is the problem, the RH tire was rubbing against the 90 degree zerk fitting on the tie rod. It was starting to groove the sidewall, and if unchecked, could have cut through it like a lathe bit. I replaced this larger zerk fitting with a much smaller one and that solved the problem.

DAMN! I need pix of this new rig. You got the bug pretty good. 1st the LV, now a BJ44! Did you find this one in Japan? Also is there any news/updates on the LV? If you are still in Japan, see if you can get some Symex tires for that new rig. I am not sure if they sell them there, but I know they don't here in the U.S.

Yep, more like an addiction than a bug. Picked up the 44 up near Tokyo close to the center of the island and trucked it up. Everything north of there rusts out. Its alright save the normal door, sill, and floor issues, no other body rot. Several really clean 44s but they cost a lot more than I had in my budget. Thought there'd be lots of LC parts here but either they rust out or they're crushed. The LVs in storage in Iowa. Got home last month on leave and drove it for a week - what a hoot. With a little luck it'll be painted this time next year. Gotta run pure snow tires here - 200+ inches a year I need a really soft tire.
