For Sale What's it worth???

Ran into a guy who has a 2004 LX470 less than 50k original miles, two owners.

never off-loaded used at his vacation house... Just had it shipped from Florida (where it spent its whole life) to his ranch in Colorado... Now he needs something bigger there so he bought an Expedition.

Needs to dump the LX, and fast.

Decent service history, will make the drive from Colorado to FL no problem. no accidents. Good interior, maybe needs a good detail.

Here's the issue: its yellow. Like WTF yellow. and it was painted right... Door jambs, tailgate, roof, all of it except the engine compartment. He owned Jimmy Buffett's house in Key West for awhile and this was his in town ride... That's why it is yellow. It was originally pearl white.

Currently it wears a flat black wrap that has seen better days... my idea was spend some $ and have the thing disassembled and then line-Xed...

Anyone think its worth $10k???

Paint does make a difference to value. But with only 50K, rust free and good body & interior, why not!

It’s not $25k condition due to it just sitting unused. It’s in very good condition, but not showroom.

I’d buy it and drive it to Florida.

Thinking $3500 for line-x and maybe $1000 in misc parts and service to make it kickass.

I guess the idea was that if I’m gonna go through The trouble of painting the whole truck taking it apart prep, etc

After all of that I just assumed wine next would be a better option than paint

this truck was on here 6 months ago or so... can't remember the details but I know it was posted on here. I remember it being in bad shape from the elements.
