I personally love the tailgate storage! I was out packing for a trip and figured I would snap a picture since I talked about it above.

I keep a tool roll in the car with some common hand tools. By no means a full mechanics set. Depending on the type of wheeling you do, it may take that. Lots of write-up on what potentially to take, but I'll take another angle on what I've actually needed to use on the trail. Most every time for friends rigs.

- Long tie-wraps
- Gaffers tape (or duck tape)
- Scissor
- Wire strippers and electrical tape
- Hammer
- Pliers
- Large crescent wrench
- Combination wrenches

I love this Step22 Pangolin tool roll. Spendy, but the value is there. Easy to chuck around, deploy, store, and keeps tools quiet.

Ouch, I was going to grab two until I saw the price, so one for now.

I've always wondered what people carry in their open storage compartment in the tailgate. I'd really like to find a tool roll or hardcase box to fit additional tools in.
Mine fits my air up kit. ARB hose, digital filler gauge and air down down tool perfectly.

I have a tire patch kit and a lithium jump box in my tailgate storage compartment.

Danger as that's what I did. Now I want more of their gear!
