Well, not to doubt the great Woodsman, but the price will vary from area to area; supply and demand, you see!
The SM465 4wd version is more sought after than the 2wd version. Which t-case is bolted on? NP203 or NP205?
I don't really know what a honest price would be in your area, probably not more than $400 for the combo.
