What Year's Mini Truck Disc Brakes / Birfs work

I've been procrastinating rebuilding my knuckles, now it appears my hand is forced as it looks like i've blown an inner axle seal. Hoping to maybe find a toyota mini truck axle to swap disc brakes at the same time. Is 1978-1985 the only years that are compatible? Thanks so much for your input......

I used 83 fj60 knuckles, birfs, etc to upgrade the 74.
FAQs have all the axle compatibility, you just gotta dig.

79-85 mini truck had a solid front axle. Those are the parts you want.

The 79 discs are different than the later ones. Harder to find.

Mini truck front discs are non-vented, still a huge improvement from drums. I think 60 outer parts would be better.
