what year is my 2h? (2 Viewers)

Hi all,

Thanks for a great and very helpfull forum.

I have a 2H engine in an HJ45, and trying to figure the year model.
It has a 12V system (unlike an earlier 60 I had with a 24V system.)
Based on the below pictures, is anyone able to see year or type?
The reason I ask, is that I want to order new glow-plugs.

Look at the front timing cover. If there is a bolt on the protrusion covering the injection pump it is ‘84+ model. If no bolt, it is older model <‘84. Older models had piston cylinder liners. Newer ones did not.

I have the coil through the viewing hole in the dash, so I guess it`s the 8,5V glow controller type.

For other later issues, anyone have an idea of the year? Or is it generally pre- or post 1984 models of the 2h?
