Hi,
I have the oem fj40 tools but this SATA lug wrench thingy is interesting. It’s the L shaped thing with what look like 3/8 socket connections on each end.
Anyone know what it’s called?
Looks like SATA is an Amazon special brand affiliated with gearwrench.

Part of an aftermarket spark plug tool? Have a few different Styles including one in an 80 series tool kit. Never seen one that uses a 3/8" socket set style. Or is that 1/4"?

It's a "ratchetless" handle that fits into the extension on the spark plug socket.

3/8 drives on both ends, mimicking an Allen wrench, using the short end as a lever to get into tight places.
