What should this vacuum line be attached to?(please) (1 Viewer)

This line seems to come from the top of the manifold and/or bottom of the carb. It's open so it's sucking air. When you put your finger on it to stop the air intake the engine's idle slows down and it seems the engine runs smoother.
Any/all help would be appreciated.

If you’re desmogged and don’t have your vcv to control the vapors from the charcoal cannister just plugged it.

If you do still have that stuff, there should be a vacuum line from the vcv y port to that open tube

FWIW, the carb in the pic is not an 81-newer USA FJ60 carb.

I think it might be a Troll Hole but I'm not sure.
