The radiator in my friend's 1991 (6 cyl) is leaking like crazy. He's going to check the junk yards to find a new one. What age/engine range should he be looking for?

    Thanks,
    Eric

    A 91 or 92.

if you need to purchase one, as a result of not finding a junker, try radiatorbarn.com.

Sorry, if you're a part purest, then Toyota. However, if the ¥, $, dinero does not permit, then try radiatorbarn.com.

    Got mine for $184.00

I'm always worried when I buy from non cruiser or toyota places. Also could try and get a used one from Cruiserparts.net if your strapped for cash.

True, I've had the radiator for a little more then a year. It's still holding up but we'll see 3,4,5 years from now.
